She presented her story on a panel for Empowered Women International. Over fifty professionals gathered to hear her words of wisdom. Each got a copy of the book, and the comments I've heard as they finish the book, (yes it's riveting and you will want to sit down and read it all) are the same impressions I got when I read it. She is clear, concise and powerful in each of her chapters that focus on the steps to becoming an entrepreneur. It's immensely readable, understandable and valuable. I folded down and underlined throughout the book. This is a must give to any burgeoning entrepreneur and even if you are an established business professional-you will want a copy! We (the board of directors of EWI) will be buying a copy for each woman who goes through our programs on their way to becoming an entrepreneur!

Elegant Entrepreneur was very easy to read and follow. It covers all of the basics that most businesses need to follow in order to get started. I love that it's female-centric and provides tips and resources specifically for females. I appreciate that Danielle did a lot of research and passed all the good information onto her readers and provided very specific steps to take. One of the most valuable takeaways I got from the book was her "Innovation Gauntlet" that also talks about the idea of licensing an idea. I think most people that want to start a business just automatically assume they either do it or don't do it, but they don't consider licensing. I highly recommend this book for anyone considering a business!
